You must be registered for the convention first in order to reserve a room in the NYSSBA room blocks. Room requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served, basis. Lodging requests must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking (no purchase orders will be accepted). No room requests will be accepted after September 20, 2011.

Note: Hotel rates do not include the 13.75% per night occupancy tax. To avoid paying sales tax, present your New York State Sales Tax-Exempt Form upon check in. Checks will not be accepted at check-in. If you will be paying by check, please send the check to the hotel no later than four weeks in advance. Checks should be made payable to the hotel and sent to the Accounting Department.
