HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE WILL TAKE PLACE BACK IN THE HOME DISTRICTS ON JUNE 1, 2012.

ADVOCATE ON YOUR TURF!

The concept behind Home Field Advantage is to give school board members the opportunity to:

  • Attend a second high profile advocacy event to focus on issues that emerge after the passage of the state budget. 
  • Meet with state legislators without having to travel to Albany. 
  • Focus on the helpful and detrimental legislation that typically comes to the forefront toward the end of Session.

View and Electronically Submit “HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE LINE-UP CARD”

  • The Home Field Advantage Line-Up Card allows the point person responsible for scheduling the legislative meeting to submit to NYSSBA pertinent information about when the meeting will take place and who will attend.
It is important that the point person fill out and submit the Line-Up Card to NYSSBA as well as notify your team players of the scheduled meeting time.
