Advocacy Update – 2016 Election Wrap Up

Last night the country elected a new president. Comment Period On Supplement Not Supplant Closes

Earlier this week, the comment period on the most recent round of ESSA regulations, including proposed regulations on supplement not supplant closed.  Many organizations, including NYSSBA, submitted comments on these controversial proposed regulations. NYSSBA’s comments and other ESSA information can be viewed below.

 

NAI Registration Is Open

The National School Boards Association's National Advocacy Institute (NAI) will be held on January 29-31, 2017 in Washington, D.C. This federal conference and lobby day is open to all board members and community partners.

Save The Date - NYSSBA Capital Conference
