The performance evaluation poses unique challenges for board members. Hear how a good review process supports student achievement and builds a relationship with your superintendent. Learn how to avoid common pitfalls so you can have confidence in the evaluation process.

Learn from a successful board president and superintendent team on how the evaluation process works and what makes it successful. Hear what they say about having honest and perhaps tough conversations, what they hold sacred, and what tips they can share with you.

Course fee includes resource materials, continental breakfast and a non-refundable $35 administrative fee. *Cancellations will not be refunded after the pre-registration/cancellation deadline, which is one week prior to the event. No-shows will be billed at the full registration fee.

All NYSSBA member school boards are eligible for recognition in this program. Credit will accrue for listed events and activities for individuals serving on a NYSSBA member board.
Board members will earn 10 points for attending.
