Position Description:
The Northville Central School District Board of Education has launched a comprehensive search for an outstanding educational leader to serve as its next Superintendent of Schools. The successful candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills and must be able to maintain and foster relationships with staff, students and the community. The district serves approximately 420 students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade in an historic, single building campus offering a strong excellent academic program in a small and safe environment that leverages technology to connect to the global community. The ideal candidate will be a visible and invested part of the close-knit Northville community, which is supportive of the district and proud of its academic offerings, small class sizes and opportunities for advance coursework and extracurricular activities. Position Description:
Due to the retirement of their current superintendent, the Lindenhurst Public Schools is conducting a search for a superintendent to lead the district starting July 1, 2022.

Located on Long Island’s south shore in Western Suffolk County, Lindenhurst Public Schools are recognized for the exceptional opportunities for learning that are provided to every child. In fact, the district’s motto, “Home of Excellence since 1841” captures the essence of pride which permeates throughout the community.

The Superintendent will lead the school system, which is comprised of eight schools with a collective enrollment of approximately 5,700 students. The operating budget for the district is approximately $173 million.

Candidates must possess or be eligible for New York State certification as School District Administrator. Salary/benefits are regionally competitive.

Position Description:
The Board of Education will offer a three-year contract with a regionally competitive salary, commensurate with the preparation, qualifications, experience and record of the successful candidate, as well as an attractive benefits package. Financial and Operational Acumen: Knowledge and experience in: school district budgeting and finance; business operations, management and internal controls; the use of data to support sound decision making; and overall district management.

Position Title:
School Business Administrator

District/Company:
Bolivar-Richburg Central School District

Location:
Bolivar, NY 14715

Position Description:
The Bolivar-Richburg Central School District is seeking an experienced School Business Administrator to lead the district’s financial and management services under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools. The person will report directly to the Superintendent and will be responsible for the overall fiscal management including budgeting, expense and revenue control, and staff personnel management. In addition, the School Business Administrator will have oversight responsibilities for other areas as determined by the Superintendent.

Qualifications:
It is preferred that the successful candidate qualify for or be working toward NYS certification as a School District Business Leader (SDBL) or School Business Administrator (SBA) or qualify for the School Business Manager Civil Service Exam. Candidates should have successful school business management experience including accounting and budgeting duties with at least one year of supervisory experience.
