Amendments and Late Resolutions Submissions
To help us prepare for the Annual Business Meeting, if you plan to submit either a late resolution or an amendment to a resolution from the floor, please select the appropriate form below and follow the instructions located at the top of the form in advance of the meeting. While a late resolution or amendment may be submitted at the rostrum any time during the Annual Business Meeting, it will make the meeting run more efficiently if late resolutions and amendments are received in advance. Those that have already been received are included in the Voting Delegates' Guide. However, if you plan to submit an amendment or late resolution, please do so in writing, as soon as possible, prior to the meeting via email to Danielle Grasso at email@example.com.
All amendments, even those printed in the guide:
Late resolutions may be considered at the Business Meeting under "Other Business." To consider a late resolution, including those printed in the guide:
If your district wishes to distribute copies of a late resolution, amendment or any other materials with the voting delegates, it is the responsibility of the district to provide 300 copies of the document. A district representative will be allowed into the room where the Business Meeting will be held from 7:00 - 7:30 a.m. on the morning of the Business Meeting to distribute documents.
If you have any questions, please contact Danielle Grasso at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 518-783-0200.
Please note, delegates will be provided with a light breakfast on the floor.
