The Senate and Assembly returned to Albany on Monday afternoon to approve a third short-term budget extender, as submitted by Governor Hochul.

The Senate and Assembly briefly returned to Albany today to pass a second state budget extender.

After gaveling out of session earlier this afternoon, both the Senate and Assembly have left Albany in advance of the holidays over the next few days.

The legislature left Albany today to head home to their districts, following conclusion of this week’s legislative session.
