If you have not received the information, please email Danielle Grasso at Danielle.grasso@nyssba.org to confirm your registration. Voting Delegate registration closes at 12pm on October 4, 2024.

For those members that are not voting delegates, but wish to view the meeting proceedings, you will need to register using the link here. We encourage you to do this prior to the start of the meeting, and it will require you to create a username and password for the day of the meeting. It should only take a few minutes to complete, but we recommend doing it prior to the start of the meeting to avoid any issues.
Voting Delegates Guide
Below you will find a link to the 2024 Voting Delegates' Guide for the Annual Business Meeting. This guide should serve as the agenda for the Business Meeting. Beginning on page 10 you will find a listing of all submitted resolutions. Within the list, you can click on an individual resolution, and it will immediately bring you to the full text of that resolution, its rationale and any comments from the Resolutions Committee or submitting board. Meeting Procedure
The Order of Business and Rules of Conduct can be found on pages 6-9 in the Voting Delates’ Guide. We encourage all members and voting delegates to review this information prior to the meeting.
