Event Cancellation Policy For all events (full, half-day and virtual): Course fee includes a non-refundable $50 processing fee. No-shows will be billed the full event cost. If you have not paid with a credit card, the $50 processing fee is still applicable. If cancelled within five business days prior to the event, the registration fee will still be invoiced and due upon receipt.
